Project 2000 closes when filter is highlighted

I have a Project 2000 file that closes when some filters are selected. All it takes is to highlight a filter and Project crashes. This appears only to happen with existing custom filters. New filters can be created and they work fine. Has any one else encountered this?

I think this was a bug that was fixed with Service Release 1. Which version
are you running? Look in help menu/about and if it doesn't have SR1 in the
version you need to download it.
