Project 2000 - GANTT Chart View

Hi there,

I have a GANTT chart that shows multiple projects within a programme.

Some of the projects have common tasks such as 'admin' or 'research' and I
want to sort/print/view the chart showing only specific types of work. For
example, I want to print the chart showing only all of the 'admin' tasks only
- is this possible?

Sure. Filter for Task Name = Admin. That's it.

FYI - the filter is in the Project dropdown list. Click on "Filtered
for:" and then click "More filters".
Click New. Name the filter. Under the Field Name select "Name". Under
Test select "Equals" and under Value(s) type "Admin".
