Project 2000 help files - Can I download them from somewhere?

I am a user at a not for profit organization. Our
machines were set up from a standard image, which did not
include MSProject 2000 help/tutorial files.

I frequently rely on those nice little help snippets. Is
there any resource available where I can download those
files, hopefully for free?

Kris,
I don't think it matters whether you work for a profit or non-profit
organization, each installation has to be on its own license or be part
of a corporate license. Regardless, someone in the organization has to
have the original installation disk. Unless your organization's license
agreement with Microsoft says differently (I would be very surprised if
it does), whoever has the original disk should be able (and willing) to
provide all users with the help/tutorial files.
