Personally, I believe the benefits of using the Enteprise Resource Pool and
the Enterprise Global are worth the effort to make the upgrade. Using the
Enteprise Resource Pool allows each project manager to build a project team
that includes only the resources that are needed to work on the project.
The Enterprise Global file is the respository for all of your company's
corporate Views, Tables, Filters, Groups, Reports, Fields, etc., and is used
to rapidly distribute the latest version of each of these to all of your
project managers.
