Project 2002 and 2003 on same PC?

Can MS Project Professional 2002 and 2003 coexist and be usable on the same
PC without problems? FYI - this relates to a need to continue maintaining
Project schedules using 2003 while also accessing and modifying schedules in
MS Project Server 2002. There are issues with accessing Server 2002 using
Project Professional 2003.
