Project 2002 and Vista

I am having trouble installing Project 2002 in vista. Project just does
appear in the programs list. Is Project 2002 compatible with Vista Home
Premiun?

Yes, I have Project 2002 installed and running on my Vista Home Premium.
Project, of course, in not a part of Office, it needs to be purchased and
installed independently.
