I have run across a situation in MS Project 2002 that I don't quite
know how to resolve.
I greatly appreciate any help that you can offer.
In WEB Access tasks are accepted simply by displaying the task list.
The resource may not even see the new task assignment, especially if
the task list is longer than the screen.
The problem is that we use task acceptance as a quality tracking and
resource performance auditing record.
If the resource does not consciously take action to accept the
assignment he/she can simply say that they did not see the new
assignment. Receiving the notification e-mail does not solve the
problem.
Am I missing a setting in Project Server?
What is the solution?
Thanks
