Project 2002 vs. 2003, and Standard vs. Professional

The Microsoft website has detailed information comparing Project 98 and 2000
to 2003, but no references I can find comparing 2002 to 2003. Is there a list
of changes available somewhere? Also, can someone using 2002 open a file
saved in the 2003 format without having to save the file in a different
format? Finally, is the ONLY difference between the 2003 Standard and
Professional versions that Professional works with Project Server and Web
Access, or are there other features that differentiate the two. I have
several users that have 2002 Professional installed who are reluctant to
upgrade to 2003 Standard (we don't use Server), and I want to be sure I'm not
misguiding them by suggesting that they do the upgrade. File incompatibility
or a loss of features from 2002 Professional to 2003 Standard will not go
over well. Thanks, DanG

Yes but except for Server it is only a couple of lines long, not worth the
looking up

Yes
