Project 2002 vs. Project 2003

What are the key differences between the two products? Why should I upgrade to 2003? How does it function with Sharepoint (if it does, where can I find out how to set it up)?

Project Standard 2002 and Project Standard 2003 are hardly different at all.
Project Server 2002 and Project Server 2003 have a larger number of
differences. Many of the annoyances in 2002 have been fixed in 2003.
