Project 2002 Web Access Error

When trying to connect to Web Access for Project from a Win 2000 Prof computer I get a 'Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the in convenience' error. This message comes up just before the data grid is displayed. I have tried all 3 method from
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;818046
with no luck. We are seeing the problem on 2 Win 2000 Prof. We have 4 XP machines that are not having this trouble.

Windows 2000 Prof with all the critical updates.
Project Server 2002 with SP1 installed on Win 2000 Server

Very often this is caused by users installing software that affects the
browser such as the Google Toolbar or other popup blocker, or internet
accelleration software such as Net Zero's latest offering for its dialup
service. Disable these and see what happens.

Thanks. I turned off the Google Popup blocker... and it all worked.
