1)I have broken down a task into subtasks, e.g. 1.x, 1.1xx, 1.2xx, 1.3xx etc.
All the subtasks have the same start and finish date BUT are not equally
important or big, i.e. subtask 1.1 is the biggest and most important and,
therefore, by completing it (even 5 days before the deadline) and not having
done anything for subtasks 1.2 and 1.3, the task can be considered 90%
complete. How can I show the weighting of each subtask on the GANTT chart?
2)Is it possible to set the GANTT chart, without creating a macro, to assume
that each day that passes by a certain fixed % of the task is completed, so
that the chart updates its progress every day automatically?
