Project 2003 - Adjusting page Size for Large Format Printing

I am trying to print to an HP Designjet 800 printer (though I expect this is
a problem on regular printers as well) and even though the columns take up a
fraction of the page size it acts as thought the report is wide. The header
is centered on the big sheet not over the columns. I know I used to be able
to print correctly (a long time ago), but this is not working correctly. It
does it in print preview as well.

If it happens in print preview, then this is a Project "feature" rather than
the printer driver.

The only Header settings are for left, centre and right. You could change
your header to left, but I see no option for cantering the printout in the
centre of the page.
