Project 2003 Client freezing when attempting to open a project

Hi

Starting yesterday one of our most used plans cannot be opened by the
project client.. meaning no new assignments, tasks and no time
approval. All other projects are fine.

Since the project client writes no logs.. is there any chance to
figure out what causes this and fix it or are we royally screwed (does
anybody have a simple way to restore just one project? I have full DB
dumps for the past few days)

Do you know if that will restore both the project server and project
web access database (thus in the process overwriting reported hours)?
