Project 2003 Client Logon with Trusted Zone

I have installed Project 2003 in a test environment. I then restored a
production database and wss site to the test environment.

It appears that everything is ok, i can log in through project web access
however i cannot connect via Project 2003. It shows the commonly seen "you
cannot login as you have not identified the project sever
http://servername/projectserver as a trusted site. I click the "Make Server
Trusted" and I have done this manually but i still cannot log in via Project
2003.

Anyone seen this? (I am logging in while on the windows 2003 server. I also
have removed the enhanced security package.)

Becareful that you add to the Trusted sites, not just the sites under Intranet.
