Project 2003 Cross-tab reports

I have a problem with the Resource Usage cross-tab
report. I want to display the task assignments for each
resource and have ensured that the "And Task
Assignments " check box is checked.
Whether or not this check box is checked, the task
assignments are not displayed.
Even when creating a new cross-tab report with all the
correct settings, the task assignments are not displayed.

Any suggestions?
