Project 2003 Custom Forms (modified "Task Details Form"

How do you copy an existing form "Task Details" and modify it to show the
predecessor and successor task's finish date and total slack? Is it possible
to copy an existing form or do you build it from scratch - how?

I have your book - what's confusing is getting the listing of 'predecessor'
and 'successor' in tabular format - is it possible to have you build it for a
fee?
