Is there a project template for the enterprise deployment
of Project Server 2003 like the Microsoft Project
Enterprise Implementation Framework Files (EIF) for
Project Server 2002.

It is being developed now as part of a larger deployment planning tool.
There is not a hard release date as of yet. I will post here when more
details become available.
