Project 2003 Export Grid to Excel work with Excel 2000

I have MS Project Server and SharePoint 2003 on my server. Several of my
clients access the SharePoint portal have only Office 2000. When they try to
use the Export Grid to Excel feature, they ran into error message that saying
XML Version 10.0 is missing. Is there anyway I can just install the XML
update without have to purchase Office 2003 for all of my clients?
