project 2003 installation problem

Hi,

I've just tried to install ms project 2003 pro to connect to the project
2003 server. I type in the URL info and hit "test the connection" and
receive this error.

Unexpected server response.

Project server has returned an unexpected response.

Viewing the error in the browser reads.
HTTP/1.1 405 Method not allowed

Any clues?
