Project 2003 Installation

Hi,

Has anyone had problems installing Project 2003 ??

I am running SQL with collation set as codepage 850 and
when I try to install project server I get the error -
"The windows locale settings on this computer prohibit a
connection to the database. Change the locale settings to
support code page 850 before attempting to connect to
database project"
