Project 2003 Installed with Exchange?????????????????/

I currently have a server that is running Exchange 2000 (from SBS 2000) and
I am looking to install MS Project 2002 or 2003 server on it. I was
wondering if anyone has had any problems with installing MS Project
Server on the same server that Exchange 2000 is running on.

The specs of the server: Pentium IV, 2.4GHz with 1GB of RAM.

Hi,

How many users? If you have more than 10 or so reasonably busy users I would
expect the answer is no. ProjectServer2003 requires Windows Server 2003 if
you want to use Windows SahrePoint Services features.
