Project 2003, Open a project, display is blank

I have a new installation of project 2003 for my job.

When I open an existing project the display grid is blank.
No rows or columns. I get the same display when I try to
enter a new project. In either case I can't click on a
view in the drop down window.

But in the case of the existing project, I can save as
HTML and it will create that view.

Has anyone seen this?

Are your people actually publishing your projects using Collaborate -
Publish - All Information before you attempt to view them in PWA?

Thanks for your reply but someone else in the office had
the fix. I had to:

Remove the shared sites gbui://blank.htm, and
gbui://mainpage.htm.
Then download and run this fix to the registry, not sure
where they got this, Project 2003 gbui error fix.reg
