Project 2003 / Professional won't connect to the Server - help, pl

Hi. I've read through the other errors like this and haven't found
information on the situation we are having.
We get an error when you try to open up a project schedule from the PWA, and
there is also an error connecting to the Project Server from the Project
Desktop client.

This error happens for everyone trying to open a project schedule or connect
to the server. It's not machine specific. And it was working fine before,
this started (what seems randomly).

I do not have administrative access to the Server itself, but I'm looking
for some help in possible solutions, please.

The error code we get when trying to connect to the Project Server from the
Project Desktop client is always the same and it is 0xc0000005.

Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.

Sammy:

You really need someone on your end who has admin access to the server to
properly troubleshoot this problem. Could it be that your database has
become unavailable? What errors are displaying in the server application
event log?
