project 2003 reporting

I am looking to extract information from Project 2003 and report it in excel
2003. This information relates to multi site construction projects which have
various items to be produced for each site. I wish to pull this info together
so a report will generate a production schedule for each weeks production
prior to delivery and use on site.

Try using the "Analyze Timescaled Data in Excel" wizard which is available on
the analysis toolbar.

View/Toolbars/Analysis..
Select the link and follow the wizard

You can filter your data in Project prior to running the wizard so you will
only export desired information.
