Project 2003 SP2 Operation Fail in exporting HTML and EXCEL file

I have found a problem that when export a project file in Project 2003
SP2
although i find the problem is i install the package no KB948962, i
cannot remove due to some secuity reason, would there are any other
solution that can suggest to me?

Hello home1985,

On the security tab in the Tools > Options dialog box, is there an
option for working with legacy file formats? If so, try checking the
option to allow legacy formats and see if that fixes the issue.

If not, can you download SP-3 for Project?
