Project 2003 Standard - Cannot find global.mpt

I just installed Project 2003. First time I open the
program I got an error stating - "Project cannot find
global.mpt. Run set-up and click repair installation."
I did that but I still get the same error up when I open
Project.

When I click pass the error, Project opens so I created a
schedule and saved it. I went back to open the file and
it won't let me open the file.

Please help!
