Project 2003 Standard Post SP3 issues

Recently incorporated SP3 for scripted installation of the Project 2003
Standard
Since the installation of SP3 a small set of files are displaying
"An unexpected error occurred during command execution" error
You can either edit the macro or cancel.
A call the the company's Microsoft TAM was made and I received a hotfix,
KB951883. It resolved the error message but the same files are getting
scheduling conflict warnings.
Has anyone else seen similar issues?

Further information.

With some more digging I noticed that post SP3, the projects being effected
have a nonstandard 7 day week working time set that is being ignored.

The working time shows a the default Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with
an hour break.
As soon as you change the working time to back to a 7 day week the
durations, start, end times are correct.
Not looking forward to telling a large group of clients to manually edit
their files

Yes! I experienced exactly the same thing! My calender is set to a 12hr
working day but I couldn't even get into my files to correct the calenders as
the plans themselves wouldn't open so I had to log onto a colleague's machine!
