Project 2003 Startup problem - Registry Enties?

I can't run Project 2003 Standard Edition any longer. I get an error message
when I try to start it. I've removed Project 2003 and re-installed it, but I
still can't run it! I even tried the update patch on the web site. Are
there some registry entries I need to remove?
