Project 2003 stops working after Office 2007 install

I had a working installation of Project Pro 2003 client with Project Server
2003 (All patches applied).

After installing Office 2007 (Not including Project 2007) I am having issues
opening an existing template. When opening the template the Import Wizard
starts but always fails.

Other workstations that did not have Office 2007 installed can still
connect, open the template, and save projects with no issues.

Does anybody have any suggestions?
