How do you change Project Owner? And can you have more than one Project
Owner? Thank you

The answer to your first question can be found here:
http://www.projectserverexperts.com/Project Server FAQs/changeprojmgr.htm

The answer to your second question is "no". There is a workaround but it
goes against good IT security. Basically, you create an account for, say,
"Leslie Smith" and then make "Leslie Smith" the owner of the plan.
Finally, you give multiple people access to the "Leslie Smith" account.
That step, however, runs contrary to best practices for IT security and
you are likely to find that it causes more problems than it solves.

A project can have only one Owner, as the Owner is the person who initially
saved the project in the Project Server database. On the other hand, a
project can have multiple Managers. This can be accomplished as follows:

1. Owner opens the project and publishes the assignments (Collaborate -
Publish - New and Changed Assignments)
2. Owner closes the project
3. Project manager #1 opens the project and selects the tasks he/she will
manage
4. PM #1 republishes only those assignments (Collaborate - Publish -
Republish Assignments, select the "Become the manager for these assignments"
option and click OK)
5. PM #1 closes the project
6. PM #2, 3, etc. all complete steps 3, 4, and 5 as well

After each of the project's managers have completed steps 3, 4, and 5 above,
the task updates from team members will be redirected to the correct manager
of each task. Hope this helps.

Is is possible to publish tasks/assignments without becoming the
'owner' of those tasks? Can that functionality somehow be overridden?
