Project 2007 Academic version

Is there any functionality difference between Project 2007 Standard and
Academic?

Are there any limitation with the Academic version license? I would guess
that it's for non-corporate use only. Meaning I can use it at home to learn
all of the features of the Standard version. The professional version has
some additional collaborative features (Project Server integration) that are
not available in the Academic & Standard version.
