Project 2007 and SharePoint Integration

In Project 2003, I had the option to check in from the File Menu. On a
colleagues installation of Project 2007 (I don't have it yet), there is no
obvious option to check in. In other Microsoft products, you can pull down
from the Office Icon to Server and there is a CheckIn option there.

Also, has anyone seen any issues with Project 2007 on Check In. We're
seeing some issues where blank lines appear apparently randomly in the plan.
Sometimes it looks like a new blank task, or tasks are being moved. (we're
still not sure what's going on).
