Project 2007: Can real cost information be hidden

Last year we thought that Project Server 2007 might allow for the use
of two sets of cost information so that real costs would be hidden
from employees and competing subcontractors yet be available for EVMS
reporting further up the chain.

Did this ability come to pass?

It's possible to have several cost rates per employee, but they cannot be
hidden from PMs or RMs. Most people will either have a standardised rate for
an employee grade or salary band, or they'll export work/effort to excel and
do it externally to EPM
