Project 2007 Client Cannot Connect To Project Server 2003

I am using Project 2007 software installed on my computer to connect to a
Project Server 2003. I add the same URL that I use to normally access the
Project Web Access interface in to the Project Server Accounts dialog box and
no matter what authentication I perform I get the following error message:

Could not connect to Server
Project was not able to connect to Project Server because of the following
error:

Client:An unanticipated error occurred during the processing of this request.
(ID=0x800a13bd)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
