Project 2007 configures everytime Outlook 2003 receives an email

I have a computer that has Windows XP on it with Microsoft Office 2003. I
loaded Project 2007 on it and everytime Outlook 2003 receives an email I get
a pop up box that says Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office
Project Professional 2007 -- Gathering required information. I double
checked and the user is an administrator. If anyone has any suggestions on
this issue I would greatly appreciate it.

Have you tried running a repair on Office 2003? I'd try this first and see
if it makes a difference.

Tammy,

A similar post earlier this month reported all was resolved when
both Office 2003 was updated with the latest service pack and
Project 2007 was updated to service pack 2. You might try having
the user run Windows Update and ensure all is up to the latest
patches.

I have someone with the same problem. Tried repairing Office 2003, but no
change. Tried changing the settings in Project to Manual control instead of
Automatically logging in, and now it keeps prompting for a computer to login
to. Project 2007 Pro was just installed before this started, so it shouldn't
need to be repaired already.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
