Project 2007 crashing

I have installed Project Server 2007 Beta2 and it seems to be running fine.
Except I cannot create a project. I have Project Pro 2007 installed. I can
create the profile to connect to the Project Server and all seemd to be ok.
Until I try to launch Project Pro, It now crashes while it is "Opening
'Global (+ non-cached...'. It creates an event log stating:

Faulting application winproj.exe, version 12.0.4017.1004, stamp 44552110,
faulting module msvcr80.dll, version 8.0.50727.42, stamp 4333a455, debug? 0,
fault address 0x00014e3c.

It happens a several differnet systems
Any one seen this?
