Project 2007 - disappearing tasks

I am writing a small application in C# for Project Server 2007.
I create a project with a few tasks in that application. When I have open
such created project in MS Project 2007 everything is ok. The problem occurs
when I have added a new task (in MSP! not by my app), renamed something,
changed anything within the project and saved that project. When have
reopened that again all the the tasks which werent changed last time jus
disappears. They are stored still in DB but Project 2007 doesnt see them. WHY?

Obviously that shouldn't happen. If you can produce instructions to reliably
repeat the problem in a new file, send them to the Project Beta team to
investigate.
