I have a large disclosure statement that I need to include in my Project
Footer. How do you increase our combine Footer areas to accomodate large
amounts of data?

Hi Sloan,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

You can only have 3 lines of text in the footer. You could use a hypertext
link to the statement. Or you you'd include it as a note, maybe to the
Project summary and in the footer have a "see notes for disclaimer"
instruction.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)

Idea: print in very small font (say 8 pt or less) Arial Narrow and set
page setup as say A3 size paper and print to PDF. That makes the page
width very wide and will hold a lot of text. If you have to print to
smaller paper than A3, you'll can use Adobe to shrink down to paper size
making the font even smaller. Clearly, make it as small as you can get
away with. That's why it is called fineprint, I guess.
