Project 2007: Is there any limit on the number of tasks/resources?

A general question. Is there any limit on the number of tasks,
resources, assignments in a scheduled developed using Microsoft
Project 2007?

The limits are published. Somewhere around a million or so. However the
practical limit is dependent on your computer. Adding additional RAM will
give the most benefit in improving performance as project loads the schedule
into memory to work with it.

scales with number of tasks.
