We have 3 servers. One hosts Sharepoint 2007 TR, one hosts a web front end
for the same farm and the last host SQL 2005 and project 2007 TR. We were
able to get them all installed and pointing to the same farm and everything
looks good. But when we try to create a PWA for our first SSP, the
managepwa.aspx page throws this error while the page is loading:
An unhandled exception occurred in the user interface.Exception Information:
Could not load file or assembly
'Microsoft.Office.Project.Server.Administration, Version=12.0.0.0,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c' or one of its dependencies.
The system cannot find the file specified.
So I take this to mean that the project bits need to me loaded on the
sharepoint app server but I have seen it stated over and over that this is
not supported in this build. So can someone tell me what is wrong or how to
get passed this?
Thanks,
Joe
Also if any one has a verified order of operation for this type of
install/cofig that would be great.
