Project 2007 - ReportingProjectChangeMessageFailed

Hello,

I am working with Project 2007 - SP1, December Cumulative Update. The
server is Windows 2003 with SQL Server 2005 SP3.

The problem I am seeing is with one plan only. When I try to publish it,
the queue shows that it fails with "Reporting(Project Published) Failed But
Not Blocking
Correlation."

The error log shows:

The steps I have taken to try to fix the problem are:
1. Looked at ULS log, didn't see any errors
2. Searched for empty tasks in the project plan, didn't find any
3. Deleted the plan from the publishing database, then imported from XML
4. Deleted the plan from both the publishing database and the draft
database, then imported from XML

I'm guessing there's values in the Publishing database that aren't in the
Reporting database, but I don't know which table or tables to look at.

I'm out of ideas on how to further troubleshoot this problem. Any other
suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Forgot to add - There aren't any custom fields in the project plan.
