project 2007 setup problem

Hi,
We have set up project 2007 server recently . when i am trying to install
service pack to project 2007 it is aying that
"web server should host central administration web site".
but in our current setup it is hosted on app. server because it is written
in documentation provided for installation.
Can any one tell me is there something wrong with our setup architecture for
project 2007

rohit,
This doesn't appear to be a developer issue. I suggest you post to our
sister newsgroup, microsoft.public.project.server. You will probably get
a better quicker response.
