Project 2007 Upgrade Error

When I run the Project Professional 2007 Upgrade, it gets past the Eula
and Product key then I get installation error and a close button. I
have Project 2003SP3 running fine

I think your best way to solve this is call Microsoft Support. Installation
support is offered at no charge. You might have to wait on the phone for a
while, but they are in the best position to walk you through it.
