Is there a viewer for Project 2007?
Otherwise, what is the best way to share with non-project users?

Hello MichelleR,

There is no project viewer created by Microsoft. However, you can
print a project view (Gantt chart, Task Usage view, etc) to a program
which creates pdf files. There are several free pdf file programs --
a quick goggle search will show you several. (I personally use
PDFCreator.)

See FAQ #16 "Project Viewer at:
http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

Please note that the "Save as Web Page" option noted in the FAQ is not
longer available in Project 2007. You can still capture the view in a
GIF file however.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

My company uses Seavus Project Viewer http://www.seavusprojectviewer.com/.
It looks nearly identical to MS Project 2007, with nearly all the
capabilities of MSP (Seavus says that "If you can see it in MS Project, you
can see it in Project Viewer"). It even works with nested linked projects.
It is available online for $39 US.

PS: I have no interest in Seavus, but consider it a great, inexpensive tool.
