Project 2007 webpparts

Hello,

1) I've added a Project Details webpart on the first page, the home page of
Project Web Access (default.aspx). In the Edit Mode this webpart's width is
100% but when i exit to normal mode the webpart is much smaller. The webpart
don't use the full screen width. How can i change this?

2) I want to add that project details webpart only for some user, but not
for all users. How can i manage this ?
