project and adobe / pdf formats

Hi

several of the newsgroup messages talk about being able to
put project information into a pdf format and then use
adobe acrobat reader to view it. Useful when sharing files
with people who have adobe but not project.

Could someone tell me how to get the gantt chart details
from project into acrobat reader. I tried save as and made
it a .pdf file but that didn't work.

Sam,

You have to select Print, then change the printer from your default to
the Adobe PDFWriter. Click OK and it will prompt you to name the file
and where you want to save it.
