Project and Category information beingstripped from from tasks and contacts.

I am trying to use the Project Center in Entourage 2008.
However, whenever my computer syncs with MobileMe, all of the Project and Category information associated with my tasks and contacts is removed. The tasks and contacts are not deleted, but from the point of view of the Project Center, they are gone. This kind of renders a project useless if the tasks and contacts you assign to it are removed from it with every sync to Mobile Me. Has anyone else noticed this?
