Project Break Down Structure

I am trying to create a projects break down structure for my company.
I want to divide the company into the departments hosting projects then
each department has sub boxes containing the host countries, then sub
boxes containing subsidiaries and finaly project box ... each
suboridinate must have different custom properties to ease the
reporting feature
i created this thing on visio but it always gives me trouble updating
it ... i created different properties sets and color codes but i still
get problems
is there a template that does this whole thing for me
