Project Break - No December work

We have setup a project and need to break from this project for the month of
December, how can I put in this break?

I'm using Project 2003 Standard.

Hi,

Simplest way is to set the whole of December as nonworking in the Standard
Calendar. DO it via Tools, Change Working Time.
