I have an issue- Most of the projects use Project Calender
as Standard calender having Thurs, Fri off so I have kept
the Resource Calenders same as Standard calender.
But, some of the projects have Project Calender as Sat,
Sun off. So, I have used Task Calenders to reflect Project
Calender & selected "Scheduling ignores resource
calendars".
Now, I have a problem on the Portfolio Analyser as the
resource actuals for Thurs,Fri, Sat,Sun are not showing
correctly (it does not match the project actuals entered)
for the Sat,Sun off projects.
Actually the Resources proper calender should be as
Thurs(1/2 day), Fri off.
Pls advise what is the correct approach to follow in terms
of Calenders in such situations?
